Dr V. Aravind has been appointed as Governing Director in the Board of Shri Sharada Institute of Indian Management Research, Sharada University, Delhi as Govt. of India nominee.Dr V Aravind took the oath, assumed office and attended the first Board Meeting on 07/12/2016 at Delhi.

Dr. V.Aravind delivered a speech on CSR and value creation at the International Conference of Institute of Directors at Bangalore on 17 th &18th of January 2017.
